【Things to be careful of when enjoying the Blue Cable tour】
①First, warming up. Do warming up exercise sufficiently! Refrain from drinking the day before since alcohol is especially dangerous.
②Make sure your front hair doesn’t get caught in a mask. Pucker up your lips and bite the regulator lightly when holding it in your mouth.
③”Inhale gently and exhale strongly” when breathing. Be careful not to breath out through the nose.
④When you clear the ears, hold your nose and blow. Don’t blow too forcefully. After that, Getting used to sea water, we dive under water little by little. An experienced instructor will support you.
