Besides, before entry we give a lecture sufficiently about a knack and technique of swimming and

Q. I’m worried about seasickness…
We choose more stable and less rocking place
according to circumstances on the day.
Please refrain from drinking too much the day before as a control your body condition.
Q. Do you carry out even if it rains?
Yes. We carry out the plan even if it rains.
Only when we judge that the sea condition and weather are not suitable, we cancel the tour.
Q. Is there a bathroom?
Yes, off course!There is a bathroom in a cabin where you can’t be seen from the outside.
Even female guests can participate without anxiety.
Q. How long does it take by boat?
We choose the point according to the sea condition and guest’s request.
If it’s a nearer place, it takes about 20~25 minutes
Q. I have a baby…
If you bring your baby on the boat, make sure to participate under parental management.
Besides, depending on the sea condition, we might refuse you to bring your baby.

Q. What is the fantastic island?
The official name is “Hama Island” and commonly called “the fantastic island” It is a mysterious desert island which is formed of pieces of coral reefs and white sand. The fantastic island is an offshore beach and appears at only low tide.
The fantastic island appears from the dark blue and deep offshore sea. It becomes emerald green when it appears. That beautiful scenery is amazing!
Q. Would you get me to the hotel?
Yes, we take you to the hotel in a city area free of charge.
*If the hotel is in the distant place, we might not pick up and drop off.

Q. Can we go there by a rental car?
Yes, you can. There are lots of parking place. Any number of cars will do.

We prepare lunch and drink.

Q. I’m inexperienced and can’t swim. Can I do snorkeling?
Yes, that is no problem.
Our staff will give a lecture carefully and you wear a wet suit when you go into the sea. Don't worry about it. A wet suit can take place of a lifesaver and your body will float on its own.
Q. Do we need anything to bring?
Bring swimsuit, towels, and sandals.
If you are concerned about getting sunburn, bring sunscreen.
We prepare lunch, drink, and rental stuffs.
Do you have a regular holiday?
Basically we don’t have a regular holiday. We basically open the shop everyday except the day a typhoon comes and the other temporary closure day.
By when do I have to reserve?
There is no specific deadline but the shop is crowded in peak season.

Q. Can children do together?
Yes, that is no problem. There is no age limit. Children at any age can come.
Q. How and Where should we change clothes?
It will be smooth that you wear T-shirt, short pant, or skirt on a swimsuit on the day.
You are supposed to wear wet suit before you get on the boat.
after you come back, you can change clothes and we take you where you are staying.

Will a cancellation fee arise?
Cancellation fee is as below.
・Until 2 days before the tour → free of charge
・Until the previous day → 50% of charge
・On the day of the tour or no contact → 100% of charge

Suitable clothes for climate in Ishigaki Island
From December to February
It is a rainy season but sometimes you can feel warm when the sun appears.
Even in winter it is 15 to 16 degrees so It’s relatively comfortable here.Clothing

Transparency of the sea water is very high in this season and you don’t need to worry about a typhoon. Actually, it’s a good season to visit.
From March to April
You can feel early summer in this season.
In the end of March the beach opens. Snorkeling season has come.
It’s hay fever season, but it’s comfortable even for people who have hay fever because there is no cedar tree in Ishigaki Island.Clothing

In February, the water temperature decreases the most. It is quiet season.
In other words, you can have the beach to yourselves!
From May to June
It’s the rainy season.
The rainy season sets in the end of GW and closes in the middle of June.
Though, it’s not humid and after a squall, it will be sunny.

Snorkeling in this season
That is no problem if you wear a wet suit even in the rainy season.
The water temperature is getting higher.
It’s the beginning of summer and comfortable season for snorkeling.
From July to September
It’s the middle of summer.
It’s not uncomfortable heat since there is few asphalt and the air is not hot.
The only sunlight is hot.
From September typhoon season comes, and July and August are height of sightseeing season.
